Shipping Policy
We are unable to cancel or alter the shipping address once the package has been delivered to the shipping facility.
International orders are subject to customs post delivery taxes and fees, we are required by law to declare all contents within the package. You will be responsible for customs charges if your country requires it.
We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged by the postal service.
It is the responsibility of the customers to provide a valid and sufficient delivery address at checkout. We, Airghoul merch, will ship your order directly to the address you provide, even if it is an invalid address as we have no way of knowing this at the time of shipment. Should the delivery fail due to an insufficient address, we bear no responsibility and are not liable to reship the order.
If shipping is taking longer than expected, or you haven't received your shipping confirmation email, please email us at airghoul@outlook.com and we'll be happy to get things sorted out. However, once orders are processed and shipped, Airghoul merch is absolved of responsibility for the packages. The shipping carriers bear this responsibility and it is recommended you contact them for the most accurate and up-to-date information concerning your package.
We will also cancel the Standard shipping option since it’s apparently not trackable outside of Sweden.
